The copyright of the paper will be transferred from the author to publisher. One original and two printed
copies of themanuscript should be submitted to the editor. The manuscript can/should also be submitted as an
e-mail attachment.The manuscripts, after review by expert referees, will be sent back to the author(s) along
with their comments. For resubmission,two copies of the revised version of the manuscript, or a copy on
compact disc (CD) using wordprocessing software such as MS Word (version 6 and onwards), or PDF files
(version 4 and onwards), or as anattachment to e-mail should be submitted to the editor. A detailed note should
also be included to clarify, point-wise,how comments of individual referees have been addressed.
