Abstract

Why are certain teas called 'teas' and others 'speciality teas'? This question most likely could be answered by many with different experiences in India and abroad. It is generally believed abroad that artificially flavoured teas such as apple tea belong to speciality teas category and the non-flavoured ones the regular teas. Most consumers believe that flavoured teas are real and not artificially treated.
